Membership Luncheon & Annual Meeting: A Forest of Possibilities

On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, FRIENDS of the Minnesota Orchestra welcomed a full house to the Edina Country Club for our annual Membership Luncheon and Meeting, A Forest of Possibilities. Every table was filled, and the room was alive with enthusiasm for FRIENDS and our shared mission. Guests enjoyed a welcome reception, lunch, and an inspiring program that celebrated the partnership between FRIENDS and the Minnesota Orchestra. We appreciated the remarks from Isaac Thompson, President and CEO, and the preview of the Orchestra season from Grant Meachum, Director, Live at Orchestra Hall, as well as the beautiful musical interlude by Sarah Grimes and Sophia Mockler. The afternoon also included recognition of our Volunteer and Partner of the Year, and Ann Farrell gave a special appeal for Kinder Konzerts, followed by the Annual Meeting. Thank you to all who joined us to celebrate music, community, and the possibilities ahead.
