ACCENT: Gabriel Campos Zamora, Principal Clarinet

Our ACCENT / Meet a Musician season continues with an evening of conversation and performance with Gabriel Campos Zamora, principal clarinet of the Minnesota Orchestra. This engaging evening is hosted by MPR’s Melissa Ousley. 

A native of San Jose, Costa Rica, Gabriel will share his musical journey, as well as his insights on Nielsen's stormy and dramatic Clarinet Concerto. Later that week, he will perform Nielsen’s Clarinet Concerto with the Minnesota Orchestra, as part of their Nordic Landscapes and Portraits programming. 

ACCENT / Meet a Musician evenings provide insider access to the world of classical music through an intimate interview with a classical musician, conductor or ensemble.
